There once was a boy named Roy, and he was trouble or as some people called him (rotten roy). Roy was born of Paul and Katie Eckelbarger on 02 Jan 75, yes he missed being the New Years baby. Roy was born in southern Ca. and was shortly moved to the mountains of northern Ca.  He lived there till after his eighth birthday then lived in Reno Nevada and the Bay Area of California for short times. Then a trip with his mother and step-father (Ernie) to Florida ended in Texas. Where he stayed until he graduated high school.  Roy then joined the US Navy which is another section of the web site entirely. Go here for US Navy.
